What Is Premium Financing Through AndDone?

Another way to sell IPFS Premium Financing to our payments clients.

The ability to quote and send out links for eSignature and down payment from the Payments Platform. The ability to access details about quotes and booked loans.

Who Can Use It?

Payments Clients using the Payments Platform (or those who will be using the Payments Platform after onboarding).

What are the impacts on PLUS/ipfs.com/Reporting/Cancellations?

No changes! AndDone only calls IPFS to generate quotes and pull information about quotes and booked loans.

How Does Loan Funding Work?

Funding will follow the client's setup within PLUS.

However, no commission pop up available while quoting in the Payments Platform (yet).

How Is This Supported?

AEs/SEs will support premium financing activities per the normal course of business.

Customer Success will support application support (how to use solution).

AndDone Support will support general transaction questions for pay-in-full payments/down payments.

Who is Selling This?

If this brings value to your clients, you should be!

The Payments sales team will ONLY demo functionality to interested prospective and existing payment clients.

The SE will still own Premium Finance sales (relationship, program structure, and program setup).

If premium financing is part of the opportunity, the IPFS SE (and eventually, AE) will ALWAYS be included.

How does the technology fee setup work?

The fees will match their payment platform setup. The standard is still $5 ACH and 3.19%, but ACH can be negotiated as needed.

What Are the Basic Onboarding Requirements?

  1. An AndDone Sub-Merchant Account
  2. An IPFS PLUS ID
  3. An agency user registered on ipfs.com
  4. Enabled for eSign & down payment in PENN
  5. PLUS Programs set up (with a default program)
  6. Carriers & Coverages mapped with IPFS integrations
  7. Selected Carriers mapped to the AndDone Master List
  8. Programs mapped to AndDone setup

What Are IPFS Associates Responsible for concerning onboarding?

  • Discussing terms/programs
  • Obtaining/providing an IPFS PLUS ID to the AndDone Sales Executive to use in the onboarding request
  • Make sure an agency user is registered on ipfs.com
  • Making sure PLUS Programs are set up (with a default program)
  • Assisting with pushing along onboarding/following up with clients as needed

AndDone onboarding will collect the required paperwork and work with internal teams to complete the setup.
